"As a storm gets closer, certain items tend to fly off the store shelves," said Stuart Heller, manager of Army Navy Outdoors, a surplus store that sells military gear, camping supplies, work boots and clothes and more. The chain has been open since 1972 and operates stores in Fort Lauderdale, Davie and West Palm Beach.
